Ecommerce comes in three flavours:
B2C (Business to Consumer):
Web sites set up by a business to sell products directly to consumers
B2B (Business to Business):
Web sites built by a business to sell goods to another business
C2C (Consumer to Consumer):
Web sites in which consumers sell to other consumers e.g eBay
Before taking your website into the land of E-Commerce, please consider the following:
- What you are going to sell? - do some research to find out what sells
- Know your competition - while researching, take a look at the competition
- Get ready access to the products you want to sell
